001. Discover
Our journey begins when you submit the inquiry form. I’ll review your details and get back to you within two business days. If you agreed to a zoom call, we’ll schedule the call at your convenience to talk through your goals, brand vision, and overall direction. This call helps me understand your needs and make sure we’re aligned before moving forward.
002. Onboard
After our call, I’ll send a detailed proposal outlining the project scope, timeline, and investment. Once you approve, you’ll sign the contract and make a 25% deposit to secure your spot. You’ll then be onboarded into my client portal, where we’ll set up a shared Google Drive and organize all the files, inspiration, and brand assets.
003. Design
At this stage, I’ll begin crafting your design concepts. You’ll receive two refined directions for your brand and/or website, each reflecting your goals and aesthetic preferences. Together, we’ll refine and finalize your chosen direction to ensure it captures your brand perfectly. Once approved, the next 25% payment will be made.
004. Develop
After the design is finalized, I’ll begin bringing it to life. For brand identity, this means preparing all finalized files and brand guidelines. For web design, I’ll develop your site ensuring every page is responsive, functional, and aligned with your brand.
005. Deliver
Once the identity and site are fully developed and approved, the final payment is made. Your website and/or brand will then be delivered along with all final files, guides, and documentation, so you have everything you need to manage it confidently.
006. Ongoing Support
My work doesn’t end at delivery. I offer 30 days of post-launch support to ensure everything runs smoothly and peace of mind after launch, whether it’s fine-tuning your website, assisting with setup, or answering any lingering questions.
